We found MRT Property Management when we were staying at our villa in Yalikavak, Our neighbors were with MRT and they recommended them to us. After changing Management companies twice, we finally struck GOLD, Murat truly special, we never get any complaints from the guests, and if there is a problem they deal with it there and then MRT looks after the villa and the pool and lawn. Everything is always perfect. It's nice to know that when we are back home our villa is being well looked after.

The friendly and sincere service carried out by MRT Property Management has made owning our holiday villa a pleasure and not a chore, with any problems being addressed quickly and efficiently. We have had houses in Bodrum for over 10 years and have used a number of managing agents. We've been with MRT Property Management now for over a year and I wish I'd have known about them before that. I have already recommended them to other villa owners who now also use them. They treat our house like it is their own. It is always immaculate, our guests love them, and they are just a joy to deal with. I count them as friends and wouldn't consider using anyone else. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will be happy to speak to someone considering moving to them to tell them how pleased I have been with their company. Martin Brown

We have now been with MRT Property management for 5 months and the difference from our previous Manager is startling! Murat is so attentive to all our needs and understand that being 4,500 miles away can be stressful. Their service is excellent, they communicate regularly and make sure that the house is clean and tidy for all guests. The range of their services all under one roof is excellent as it means that jobs get done when you expect them to. Murat has worked with us ever since we bought our house three years ago when we were lucky enough to have a friend who recommended them to us. He said that they were the best and we certainly agree with that.The biggest compliment for them was when a neighbor visited our pool and said "your pool is in great condition, you can tell that it’s been well looked after”. We agree with that too. They will flag up “potential” problems before they become “real” problems – like a small pool leak and fix it quickly. They’re great with our guests and MRT even turned up on Christmas Eve to fix our broken pool heater – even the guests thought that was “above and beyond the call of duty”! They have never let us down in all these years and we now count them as friends. It can be very worrying being thousands of miles away from your property but we know that Murat abd his team are looking after it for us. It’s a great service from a great company!

I can\'t thank Mr A Harkness enough for recommending MRT Property Management. (In May 2008). We were ready to give up and sell our home as we had Three previous Management Companies that made our dream home turn into our worst night mare. But anyone reading this, who is in the same boat, Please Please employ Murat, as they are the best Management Company and the nicest, kindest, true blue people you will ever meet. My home is now sitting in order, as I had lost my licence due to one of the management companies and our pool was green when they took over, but they had it sparkling for my friends arriving within days. I left my home a disaster on the Saturday(furniture hadn\'t arrived and I didn\'t manage all my work finsihed etc.) and they had it beautiful for my friends arriving on the Tuesday, it was so nice that my friends sent me flowers to say \"thank you\" for having the place so nice for them coming out. But it was all down to Murat & it’s team. \"Thank you\" from the bottom of our hearts folks.

Our previous two Management Companies where probably two of the largest in Bodrum and they made the Bodrum dream into an absolute nightmare Murat has restored our faith in the dream and has given us a stress free top class service since we joined them last March. They have looked after our Bodrum Home as if it where their own and we are grateful to them for the quality service that they have given us. Well where do I start, I have owned homes in Bodrum for the past 7 years now, and my wife and I spend six months a year in the sunshine state, and you can imagine spending that amount of time there I see all the so called management companies and their cleaners come and go, you know the ones that promise you the earth, and as soon as your two weeks are up and you are back on that plane, do nothing. I could tell you things you would not believe. Anyhow since selling one of our homes, and the realtor recomending MRT Property Management, I can sleep at nights, I don\'t spend hours on the phone chasing up compaints and bieng ignored by my management company. It is a pleasure now to go to my Bodrum home and not dread opening the door to find filth and destruction. I am very choosy now who I have to look after my villa, and I just wish I could have met this team years ago. So my advice to anyone looking for a management company that is honest,and trustworth, stop searching you have found one in MRT Property Management.
