Our Company offers a full property management service along with maintenance & cleaning service to guarantee that your investment receives the best possible care whether you use the property for your own use, or you rent it out. A maintenance visit consists of visiting the property weekly, checking that the property is clean and tidy.

Testing appliances to make sure all are in working order, gas, electricity, lightbulbs, security systems if applicable. Log books are held for each property, and we will submit regular reports via fax or email to our clients.

The property will be aired, plants watered and all kitchen/bathroom appliances thoroughly checked & tested. Turn on or off services. Check inventory (previously supplied by owner). Gardens & patios will be hosed down. Professional pool cleaning can be arranged additionally. Any damage will be recorded on digital camera, whereby images can be posted or email to the owner. All our clients will be offered full management services such as maintenance, payment of bills for electricity, water and telephone, payment of annual municipal and local taxes, cleaning, laundry, repairs, regular inspection visits to the property. Also included are services such as setting up new water and electricity accounts and submitting annual tax returns etc. For provision of these services, an annual management fee is charged which varies depending on the region and type of your property.
