MRT Agency Referral Letting Service (Holiday and/or Long-term Rentals)

For homes that have their own staff and for which the owners will be handling their own availability and service, MRT Holiday Lettings will list their property to gain added exposure and enhance their occupancies. The services that MRT include in this service are as follows:

• Inclusion on MRT and other websites
• Provision of rates according to the Owners needs
• Inclusion into MRT marketing strategies
• Client selection and vetting
• Inquiry management
• Payment and deposit processing
• Guest check in
• Securing deposits for extras, damage and telephones
• Guest satisfaction management
• Collection of rental monies and refunding deposits as applicable.

MRT HOLIDAY LETTINGS  standard commission for referrals is 15%.
