At MRT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT we operate a with a network of building repair partners covering all relevant trades and specialist skills across the bodrum peninsula. Each of our contractors is positively vetted and registered as an ' Acceptable Supplier ' before beein allowed to join our team. All your requirements are discussed at first with us in English or another language and we will than co-ordinate all necesarry steps. Afterwards we will email you progress photos etc upon your request. We ensure that your deadlines and timescales are met.

This service is provided as part of the standard property management package , but can be provided separately for owners who wish to manage all other responsibilities of ownership themselves.

We can organise all aspects of property maintenance from providing written quotes, to overseeing completion of the required work on your behalf.
