For example, you could offer you property for longer term letting (up to 11 months), which would guarantee you a steady gross rental income. Alternatively, you might prefer only to take short term holiday rentals and maximise your income in the summer months. Or you might prefer a combination of both.

We will make your keys available & our offices will be able to answer all questions for your guests and to offer any services that they require during our normal opening times. We will ensure that when you arrive all the appliances have been turned on including hot water, fridge freezer etc. Your guests are able to receive faxes and emails at our offices. For owners this service is included in the management fee. Other guests will be asked to pay a small fee to cover administrative costs. We are contactable on a 24 hour a day basis on our emergency lines.

We will send guests full travel details from the airport, including instructions for key delivering. We will contact your guests in plenty of time before they travel to explain, how to contact us.When you or your clients book your holidays or short breaks, we can offer car hire and airport transfers at very attractive rates.

Please read the relevant areas below. You will then be able to submit the information for your home to us. We will then contact you to take care of the necessary paperwork and photos if necessary. Please be advised that not all homes are ideally suited for this type of rental. Therefore please read the minimum requirements below before commencing:

• Inspection of the home
• Full information on location and facilities
• Access to the home for photos or provision of photos of a suitable standard
• Advance notice on periods of intended owner occupation ***
• Inventory of items that would need to be checked ***
• Full instructions on the house should the owner not be available in times of emergency ***
• 1 Full set of keys with one set spare for tenants. *
• If the Owner does not live in Bodrum, a representative who is familiar with the house to attend to engineering or emergency issues *
• Staff to provide daily cleaning services and twice weekly linen changes, guest supplies, welcome pack and relevant printed guest orientation materials *
• Completion and signing of the Bodrum and Homes Letting services agreement.
