Hello, my name is bernie. I purchased an apartment with my wife margaret in Yalikavak from Akin Guven, called Marina Walk using agent Bodrum Estate Agency in 2006. We are non residents but hope to be frequent visitors. We would like our complex of 12 apartments to be well maintained.
