Hello, my name is bernie. I purchased an apartment with my wife margaret in Yalikavak from Akin Guven, called Marina Walk using agent Bodrum Estate Agency in 2006. We are non residents but hope to be frequent visitors. We would like our complex of 12 apartments to be well maintained. It would be nice to read the forum and gain experiance of living in Turkey and particularly on controlling all owners inputs and payments so that all owners get the best from their investment.
